Who we are

What we collect and why

• Contact form: name, work e-mail, company, optional website and your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to conduct the conversation you requested.
• Scheduling: if you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
• E-mail: if you e-mail us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the (potential) business relationship.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for unrelated marketing and we do not place advertising trackers. If we introduce privacy-friendly visitor analytics, it will be configured without cross-site tracking and this policy will be updated.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact details on the basis of your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Data is kept no longer than needed for those purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. E-mail hello@venador.com and we will respond within the statutory period. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
