Services

Four areas of work.
Combined as your situation requires.

Venador is not a menu of disconnected services. These are the four commercial responsibilities we take on, usually in combination, always with one accountable owner.

New Business & Market Development

Researching, segmenting and approaching the accounts that should be buying from you.

We define who to go after and then actually go after them. That means real account research, sharp segment choices and outreach that gets answered, by e-mail, LinkedIn, phone or in person. For consumer and physical products this includes retail, wholesale and distribution partners: store conversations, order terms and repeat-purchase relationships.

Typical starting points

  • A working product or service, but no structured way of winning new customers
  • Entering a new market, segment or channel before hiring for it
  • Outbound that happens in bursts and stops when everyone gets busy

What we take on

  • Segment and ideal-customer definition based on your data and market
  • Account selection, prospect research and list building
  • Outbound across e-mail, LinkedIn, phone and visits where it makes sense
  • Messaging and cadences tested against real replies, not opinions
  • Qualification and meeting generation, logged properly in your CRM
  • Retail, wholesale and partnership development for physical products

Deal Execution & Complex Sales

Running opportunities from first conversation to signed agreement.

Meetings are not the outcome; closed business is. We run discovery, demos and proposals, map the stakeholders who actually decide, build the business case and keep multi-step deals moving through negotiation to signature. This is where a background in enterprise software sales pays off: understanding how buying decisions are really made, and what has to happen next.

Typical starting points

  • Deals that stall after a good first meeting
  • Complex buyers with multiple stakeholders and procurement steps
  • A founder doing every deal personally and running out of hours

What we take on

  • Discovery and demo conversations at user, management and executive level
  • Stakeholder mapping: users, champions, economic buyers, blockers
  • Qualification, so time goes to deals that can actually close
  • Proposals, business cases and commercial negotiations
  • Multithreading and follow-up across longer buying processes
  • Coordinating your product, technical and management people around a deal

Account Growth & Commercial Ownership

Getting more value from the customers you already have.

Existing customers are usually the cheapest growth available and the easiest to neglect. We take ownership of accounts: onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion and reactivation of customers who quietly drifted away. One person keeps the full picture and brings in the right people per topic, so the customer experiences a single coherent relationship.

Typical starting points

  • Revenue that leaks through unmanaged renewals or silent churn
  • A customer base with obvious but unworked expansion potential
  • B2B orders arriving through e-commerce with nobody following up

What we take on

  • Account analysis: who buys, why, how often, and where it stops
  • Onboarding, training and adoption conversations
  • Renewals, upsell and cross-sell handled as a process, not an afterthought
  • Reactivating dormant customers and past leads
  • Turning customer feedback into concrete commercial and product actions
  • Coordinating support, product and management around the relationship

Sales Operations & CRM

The structure that makes sales work repeatable and visible.

Good selling breaks down without a working system behind it. We set up or clean up the CRM, define pipeline stages that mean something, make follow-up somebody's job and build reporting you actually look at. Pragmatic automation and modern tooling where they help, never as a goal in themselves.

Typical starting points

  • Leads living in inboxes, spreadsheets and heads instead of a system
  • A CRM nobody trusts, so nobody uses it
  • Handovers between sales, operations and service that drop the ball

What we take on

  • CRM setup, cleanup or migration support inside your existing stack
  • Pipeline structure, stages and ownership that match how you really sell
  • Follow-up processes so no lead or customer request goes quiet
  • Data hygiene, reporting and a pipeline you can trust in forecasting
  • Sales-tool selection and integration, kept deliberately simple
  • Practical automation of repetitive commercial work, including with AI

Not sure which of these you need? That is normal — most engagements start with a conversation about the situation, not a service name. We'll tell you honestly if the problem is something we shouldn't be doing for you.
